Step 02 · Tell us what you need

Give us the list, not the logistics.

Tell us where to go, what to collect or buy, and where it needs to end up. Your request can be one simple errand or several stops combined into one route.

Step 03 · We plan the run

We turn your list into one clear route.

We review your request, confirm that we can complete it, and let you know the expected timing and service fee before the run begins.

For multi-stop orders, we plan the most practical route so one runner can handle the trip efficiently.

Same-day availability depends on the request, location and runner availability. Scheduled orders are confirmed in advance.

Step 04 · Your runner takes over

A real person handles the running around.

Your Get Sorted runner visits the requested locations, shops or collects the items, and keeps you updated along the way.

You stay in control

Nothing is substituted or purchased differently without your approval, unless you have specifically given your runner permission to use their judgement.

Step 05 · We deliver to you

Everything arrives at your door.

Once the shopping and collections are complete, your runner brings the order to the agreed delivery address.

You can follow the trip through the app or receive updates directly from the Get Sorted team.

Elderly Assistance

Where needed, we can carry items inside and unpack them for an elderly parent or loved one.

How payment works

Clear fees. No subscription.

You pay for

  • The items or services purchased
  • The Get Sorted service and delivery fee
  • Any applicable order protection or payment-related fee

The cost of the items depends on what you request. The service fee depends on factors such as distance, timing, number of stops and the complexity of the run.

After the order

You pay for what was actually purchased. Any unused amount is refunded or credited according to your payment method and applicable terms.
