Gift Shopping Run
this is a budget set by the customer in each order. your budget is the maximum amount you want the driver to spend on your items. PLEASE NOTE: budgets are not applicable to strict package delivery orders, where the driver is NOT required to pay for anything on your behalf.
The errand & delivery fee includes delivery, payment handling, and a temporary buffer on your item amount. The temporary buffer is only used if the final store charge is higher than the estimate provided by the client. Any unused amount is refunded or credited. PLEASE NOTE: this is only applicable to orders where the runner is required to buy goods on behalf of the customer.

Upload or paste your to-do list from notes, or build one from scratch in the app. Your runner handles every stop on your list in a single, optimized route, sending text updates and photos if an item is out of stock. Track your runners live movements. You only pay for the exact items purchased, plus platform associated fees. Any unspent amounts are refunded, either as a card refund or wallet credit.
There's no subscription - you pay per errand. Fees are calculated in a tier format, and vary based on distance and time. For orders whereby the runner is required to pay on your behalf, a second "order protection fee" is added. This fee covers the costs associated with buying items on your behalf.

Every Get Sorted runner undergoes rigorous vetting, including ID verification, criminal record checks, personal interviews, and training before being approved to operate on the platform.
When adding products that are listed on the app to your order, you are asked to select a substitute, request a refund, or let your runner use their own judgement in the case that an item is out of stock.For custom to-do lists, your runner messages you from the aisle with the options. Nothing gets substituted or bought without your approval.
No. The web version runs in your browser and does everything the app does. The app adds live notifications on your phone.
